Return Process

We will cover the costs of return shipment for eligible returns.

Upon receiving the necessary information and verifying the issue, we will provide either a refund for the item or resubmit your order at no additional expense to you.

Exclusions

Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Additionally, it's essential to ensure that your shipping address is correctly input during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
